Our Mission:

              After many years in the pastoral ministry, I have seen many Christian Professionals working and serving alone in the churches. They haven’t done much for them to be more successful in their ministry. Therefore, I intent to serve the Lord by providing a setting for them with the following objectives:

 

              Develop a program in which are welcome all Christian Professionals to grow spiritually together, serve better to the community, the churches, families and children in their needs.  And even to motivate them to perform better in their current jobs and create more job opportunities.

 

              Put some money, time and effort in the program to share with people in need. Focusing on children needs, such as food, health, clothes and present to them the Gospel of good news of salvation through Jesus Christ.

 

              Create the opportunity for Christian Professionals to get together to ministry each others and others

 

              Orientate brothers, sisters and youth of the congregations how to obtain the right job and learn how to enjoy working every day for the Lord and his Kingdom.

 

Purpose

  • To recruit all Christian professionals from the Christian congregations, who are willing to help needed children local, national and international level.
  • To improve quality performance with moral, spiritual and services values base on biblical principles and holiness behavior of all Christian professionals
  • To support the local church ministry of each member of the institution by providing job orientation seminars, small business training and financial management.
  • To provide resources for needed children of food, health, education and clothes.
  • To serve better the communities trough out the churches with loving and  caring heart renewed by Jesus and His Holy Spirit

 

By Laws

 

These By Laws is strictly applicable only to the members and prospects. The meaning of them will cover membership fees, believes, responsibilities, duties, benefits, and any other that may intent to improve the ministry of the participants:

  • All members, who participate will be recommended by their local pastor where they have their  has their active ministry and membership
  • To become a member of this institution they must have a clear believes and solid foundation About their Christian life in Jesus, the Son of God; they must accept the Bible as the word of God and the only norm for their life; they must believe in the Holy Spirit as the Third Person of the Trinity; They must believe that there is eternal life either in heaven or Hell.
  • To Become a member of this institution, they must pay their annual fee stated by the board, none refundable fee at any time.
  • All members will be registered by professions and services that they provide. The quarterly news letter, it will be available to the churches where they are members. It will appear under “The Christian Professional Chain”
  • Members that do not perform or accomplish their duties according with the Christian principles.  Anyone  could be dismissed after three admonitions and by written report to their local pastor, without any refund of membership fee.
  • The service that will be provided by the institution is to support and accomplish the mission statement only
  • Any misunderstanding or unpleasant situation must be reported in written to the president and the board ASAP to take action immediately and resolve in a godly manner with prayer and guidance of the Holy Spirit.
  • The board will meet every quarter with the pastors of the participants to inform them about the membership status, job performance, projects and any other news that may benefit or affect the mission of the institution

 

  • Since the President and board members, who are belong to District superintendent of the Church of the Nazarene in Anaheim district, we will inform as it need regarding the activities.

 

  • The president and board members must be renewed accordingly

 

  • The Money received into the institution will be deposited into a checking account with a local bank, all expenses, receipts and fees must be documented

  • Any changes or amendments can be done at any time after a full acceptance of the board  with a previous meeting

 

  • Members can be dismissed at any time by member written request

 

 

Discrimination Clause

No one will be discriminated under any reason of sex, ethnic background, believes, language. We will help people in need ONLY according with the mission statement.

 

 

Expenses

  • All Officers or Board Directors will not receive salary or financial benefits other than cover their ministry expenses where ever they go or do.

 

  • All money collected will be disbursed accordingly with the need of children or church ministry that will be scheduled for specific activity once at the time or as needed.

 

  • All financials will be ended within the calendar year ( January 1 to December 31)
